TextBox character accent cut off

When the TextBox is displayed with material theme, the label of the textbox cuts off acceents from characters like "ÉÁ", when these characters are uppercase, if it's lower case "éá" it's fine. It'll look like "EA" instead of "ÉÁ".

If the text is inside the TextBox, for example in empty text state, this is displayed fine. The problem is only when the text moves up to the top part of the TextBox
