Provide gradient support for tracks in .NET MAUI SfSlider

Current behavior: The InactiveFill and ActiveFill properties of SfSlider accept gradient colors but only render the first color, which means they currently only support solid colors.

Proposed behavior: The InactiveFill and ActiveFill properties should be able to render a gradient with multiple colors instead of just rendering the first color.
