Unable to set the size dynamically for the pane

Sample : https://www.syncfusion.com/downloads/support/common/4606/ze/splitter_issue_(2)_109e23d2.zip

Replication procedure :

1. Run the sample.

2. Resize the pane by leftpane towards right and middle pane towards up

3. And click the updateverticalsplitter button

4. You can see the issue

Expected Output: Pane size should updated properly

Current Output: pane size is not updated
