Can't open document

Can't use open method, the following errors occur
In Firefox:

Uncaught TypeError: this.documentHelper.pages[0] is undefined

Uncaught TypeError: line.children is undefined

In Chrome:

Uncaught TypeError: line.children is undefined
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0')
