Fix Virtualization in Treegrid

Hello,

we use two Treegrid components which communicate via our backend. By using selection functions and synchronizing the scrollbars we can ensure a cross selection across both treegrids as the following image demonstrates:

Almost all functionalities are fulfilled, but there are still problems with mass data. Thereby, the virtualization approach would be the most suitable for our use case. Unfortunately, it comes to strange behavior that partly the scroller scrolls back or when you reach the end of the scrollbar not all data are displayed.

A total of 200 records should be displayed, but at 193 the end of scrolling is reached:

We have observed this behavior not only in Treegrid but also in another project in connection with the scheduler. For these reasons we ask to please fix the mentioned problems and have to ask again strongly for the implementation of the following ticket:

An event would therefore also be desirable for the Treegrid.
