OutOfMemoryException in UWP platform while zooming the chart to maximum level

Steps to reproduce this issue,

1. Enable zooming behavior for any chart type.

2. Run the application in UWP platform.

3. Zoom to the maximum level, the OutOfMemoryException has been thrown.
