Support for label template in the cells of the HeatMap component

Currently, we can customize the text in the HeatMap cell using the "displayText" argument of the "cellRender" event. But we cannot add additional text or custom HTML elements such as links in the labels of the HeatMap cell. We must provide a template support to achieve this.
