When uploading multiple files, value change event causes file duplication

When uploading multiple files at a time, the value change event duplicates the uploaded files. The issue is replicated only when uploading multiple files.


Replication procedure :

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Upload Multiple files at same time.

Expected Output: When uploading multiple files, the value change event does not result in file duplication.

Current Output: When uploading multiple files, value change event causes file duplication.
