Console error occurs when we dynamically change the format and max property is setted

Console error occurs when we dynamically change the format and max property is setted on numeric textbox

Replication Procedure: 

  • Run the sample.
  • Click the increment or decrement button
  • You can see the issue

Current Behavior : Console error occurs when we click the increment or decrement button in numerictextbox

Expected Behavior : console error should not occurs
