Parent task predecessor validation issue on load time

There is no support for creating tasks dependencies with summary or parent tasks in Gantt chart. And the same for creating the tasks dependencies with parent tasks has been restricted while editing the tasks within inline, dialog and through connecting tasks through UI actions. 

But when the user provides tasks dependencies at the initial load, this behavior has not been validated, and the connector lines are drawn with parent tasks. We need to fix this and need to restrict the connector lines from or to parent tasks at the initial load.
