Provide support to allow specific picker views in the Flutter Date Range Picker(SfDateRangePicker)

Current support:
As of now picker supports to view all picker views. By using allowViewNavigation as true you can navigate to all picker views and when set as false you can't navigate other views.

New support: 
Need to provide support for allowing only specific views through interactions.
