Dialog dragging not working correctly in LTR and disappears in RTL if dragged

Hi there,

In your sample project (Grid edit via dialog) if you try to move the dialog by dragging the header , the movement is not ok. Also after releasing the mouse, in RTL (When the whole page is RTL not the grid only) the dialog disappears.
