MapTileLayer.Center Cannot bind latitude and longitude to a double property MAUI

When trying to bind the latitude and longitude to ObservableProperties I get an error 

Error XFC0009 No property, BindableProperty, or event found for "Latitude", or mismatching type between value and property. 

I have tried to change it to a string but I get the same result
