Filemanager crashes on startup in Syncfusion.Blazor 21.1.39, invalid selector

When loading the file manager component in version 21.1.39, the "An unhandled exception has occured" banner will appear, and in the application console the exception message "

Microsoft.JSInterop.JSException: Failed to execute 'querySelector' on 'Document': '# e-fe-upload-dialog [title]' is not a valid selector." is displayed. Version 21.1.38 works as expected.
