Chart numerical axis bounds are calculated incorrectly when the bounds mode is combination of auto and reset

While converting a Presentation document with a chart to PDF, the chart’s numeric axis is rendered incorrectly. Because, if numeric axis bounds are a combination of auto and reset mode then the maximum and minimum bounds are calculated incorrectly. This needs to be fixed.
