The NumericTextBox ngModel is not functioning correctly

When using min and max with the NumericTextBox component, the ngModel value is not updated properly.


Replication procedure : 

  Run the Sample. 

  Type beyond the max value and focus out. 

  Again, type beyond the max value and focus out.


Expected Output: The ngModel must be updated whenever the component's value changes. 

Current Output: The ngModel not updated whenever the component's value changes.
