Improve performance while copying and pasting the large set of data (10K records) from one instance of a sprea

While copy/paste the large set of data (10K rows, 10 columns) from one spreadsheet to another takes 4 to 5 minutes. Need to improve the performance and ensure all cases clipboard actions like internal/external copy paste.
