RecurrenceRule comes up incorrectly while open the Editor window

RecurrenceRule can be set to FREQ=MONTHLY;INTERVAL=2;BYMONTHDAY=1. It comes up incorrectly while opening the Editor window.


Replication steps:


Step 1: Run the below-shared sample.

Step 2: RecurrenceRule can be set to FREQ=MONTHLY;INTERVAL=2;BYMONTHDAY=1. 

Step 3: Edit the appointment  
comes up incorrectly while opening the Editor window.
