Selection zooming and directional zooming support for .NET MAUI Cartesian chart

Provide below zooming support for .NET MAUI cartesian chart.

  1. Selection zooming : Zoom in / out perform based on drawing rectangle by interaction. 
  2. Directional zooming: Zoom in / out based on the direction of finger pinching.
