CurrentCellDeactivated event doesn't return the rowIndex and ColIndex properly

CurrentCellselected event will be triggered when cell is deselected. In the event arguments, rowindex and cell index return always -1. 

I have tested with your example (

DropDownCellDemo ) 
and my project.

A similar case has been raised in August 2021 (19.2.0.56)
