Need to implement the tooltip mousetrail support in native diagram component

As of now, we have tooltip support for both diagram and symbolpalette items. This support will show the tooltip whenever the mouse pointer enter into the diagram element.  Customer want to update the tooltip content based on the mousemove hovering pointer position on the diagram element. Already we have this support in our tooltip componet. we need to provide this support in our diagram component.
