Datepicker popup opens after 3 click to the icon after clicking the document click

Component render with value and Maxdate/minDate value as today date then the popup opens after 3 clicks to the component icon.

Replication procedure:

1. Run the sample.

2. Index page contains 2 date pickers named Incident Date: and Counsel Date:

3. Click on calendar icon of any of above, then click on empty area of form.

4. Now again click on calendar icon, now calendar will not open on single click it will take 2-3 clicks to open.

Expected: popup opens with single click

Output: popup opens with 2-3 clicks.
