Virtual scrolling is not working fine when render the Grid at bottom of page

If a grid component is positioned low on the screen (far away from the viewport), virtual scrolling starts behaving incorrectly


Example: https://stackblitz.com/edit/mzyzsp?file=index.ts (scroll to the bottom of the screen to see the grid)

In this example when you start scrolling the grid down, even the slightest scrolls will result in shimmer being shown when new page is clearly not needed. When you scroll up you will occasionally see empty space in the grid. Demos for both scroll down and scroll up are attached. I haven't tested horizontal virtualization as we don't use it (yet)
