Support to set padding for data cells and header cells globally thorough implicit styling

Hi Syncfuion team,

I'd like to provide uniform global UI settings for all the SfDataGrid in my app, so I'd prefer setting basic styles for SfDataGrid or its columns globally in App.xaml (without the need of specifying x:Key and setting the Style in each SfDataGrid). Currently, it doesn't work.
