SfDataGrid Performance Degradation on Web when GridLinesVisibility.both

Hello,

Scrolling performance for SfDataGrid degrades significantly in the Web builds when gridLinesVisibility is set to GridLinesVisibility.both. It works perfectly on iPad (with any GridLinesVisibility), but on Chrome Web works well only with 

GridLinesVisibility.none, 
.horizontal and 
.verical.
