Custom toolbar items not working as of V20.4.0.52

Custom toolbar items for the file manager as described in this tutorial

https://blazor.syncfusion.com/documentation/file-manager/how-to/add-custom-tool-bar do not function in the latest release of Syncfusion Blazor. When using the same code snippet used on the page, the "Custom" toolbar button does not appear, instead displaying the default selection of toolbar items.

This tutorial does function for earlier versions of Syncfusion Blazor; I have tested with version 20.2.0.45 and the "Custom" toolbar button appears as expected.
