SelectAllAsync causes file manager to become unresponsive when in "Details" View with more than ~30 files

Running the SelectAllAsync function with the file manager causes it to become unresponsive when the "Details" view is selected. With a small number of files (<10) this does not happen, but with larger numbers of files (>30) the file manager will become laggy and unresponsive, while the selected status of the files will flicker on and off.
