Support to set default sort order to the field list UI using load event

We can currently only sort the field list treeview UI during runtime. And there are no options to change the default sort order. As a result, we should provide support for setting the default sort order in order to display the field list UI based on a specific sort order by setting an additional parameter in the load event.
