Spreadsheet saveUrl not working

Hello, I am trying to export a spreadsheet to excel using the saveUrl (

https://ej2services.syncfusion.com/production/web-services/api/spreadsheet/save

)

However, it's returning an HTTP 500 error.

Empty


Please help
