Need to prevent unwanted query parameter requests when using preselected values

If the user preselects a value that is beyond the Take property value, the component will make another request using a where query to fetch the preselected data. In that scenario, the Take query is also sent with the where query. Need to prevent the Take query when the component makes the

where 
query request.
