Provide support to strong encryption algorithms for XLS documents

Microsoft Excel was using MD5 encryption and decryption algorithm. But, recently the Encryption algorithm is changed. In our XlsIO, we have supported Standard Hash Algorithm (MD5) but do not have support for Strong Hash Algorithm. Now, the XLS documents that are generated from Microsoft Excel use this encryption and hence we are throwing an unsupported exception. Need to provide support for this.
