Implement the non-selectable item without closing the DropDown of SfComboBox

Provide selectable/non-selectable selection support for the DropDown items of SfComboBox

Use case:

Using the SfCombo box to show the list of Topics and Documents. We have defined different data templates for topics and documents. When we select a document then it opens the document but when we select topics it does nothing that is the expected behavior.
On attempting to select the topic item from the combo box the selection should not be made and the drop-down menu should remain open.
