Unable to enter a time value in the TimePicker when the mask is enabled

In TimePicker, if the mask property is enabled and the user tries to enter the hour's value, it updates the single-digit hour value and then moves the focus to minutes.


Replication procedure :

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Select a value from the popup as 1 AM.
  3. Now try to enter “12” in the hour value place.

Expected Output: The focus needs to stay in the hour value place and be able to enter the second digit.

Current Output: The focus moved to the minute's value place and was unable to enter the second digit(12).
