Support multiple input formats for datepickers

We would like the option to allow multiple date formats for the datepickers. I should also be able to select which of the possible formats will be displayed in the input field.

For example:
- I select "dd MMM yyyy" as the display format
- I select "dd MMM yyyy" and "dd MM yyyy" as possible input formats
-  The user is able to type "01 Jan 2020" or "20 01 2020"
-  The value will be displayed as "01 Jan 2020" (can be converted if "20 01 2020" was filled in)
