Special regions support for Day, Week, Workweek and Timeline view of schedule

Special regions support for Day, Week, Workweek and Timeline view based on date.
Timeslot can be highlighted and touch interactions are Enable/disabled in those slots. Also, interaction related events such as tap, double-tapped and long pressed events are also disabled here.
Refer timeline view for Special regions without date support, with this feature, it can be improved with date support.
