Improve the user interaction performance while having a large number of polylines in SfMaps

Current behavior:

Rendering more than five thousand polylines and then trying to perform the mouse hover on the map area, maps to hang. This issue occurs only on the desktop platform.


Proposed behavior:

Need to improve the user interaction performance while hovering on maps with a large number of polylines.
