Provide support for Connector Line travelling through entire Gantt during vertical scroll in Virtualization fe

When enableVirtualization property is set to true, the connector line between two task gets disappeared when vertically scrolling through the Gantt to try to follow the successor path. Need to provide support to render connector lines in all view port

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-frvhs4-grzkpa?file=app.component.ts,app.component.html,data.ts,app.component.css
  2. Hover over the connector line of item i.e., "Defining target audience" (Task ID: 3).
  3. Vertical scroll through the Gantt to try to follow the successor path. You can see that the connector line gets disappeared.
