CssClass is not working with Two Way Binding in Textbox Component

While adding the @bind-value in SfTextBox the CssClass is not working in Textbox component.

 Replication Procedure:

  •  Run the Sample 
  • Go to Counter Page

Current Behavior : 
Error style not applied in textbox component with two-way-binding.

Expected Behavior : Apply Error style correctly in textbox component with two-way-binding.
