Provide collection changed notification support for SelectedDates in SfCalendar.
Existing behavior SfCalendar already has support for SelectedDates – (List<DateTime>) which is not compatible with collection change use cases as list does not implement INotifyCollectionChanged interface.
New requirement
Introduce a new API with DataType ObseverableCollection<DateTime> for selected dates to work in MVVM.
