When using the floatLabelType with the CSS class "e-outline"

When using floatLabelType as “Auto” or “Always” with cssClass as 'e-outline', the top border is breaking.


Replication Procedure:

1. Run the sample.

2. Focus on the component and then focus out.

3. Again, focus on the component.

Expected Output: The top-border needs to be visible.

Current Output: The top-border is not visible.
