Recurrence editor resetting rule value

We've observed a strange behavior on scheduler's recurrence editor, reproduced by the demo:

when choosing a month/year frequency and switching between "repeat on" radio buttons, the rule output returns undefined, which visually sets the frequency to "never".  We have to re-select month/year frequency to get back out rule output.
