ExportAsImage returns blank page on some files

Using v20.4.0.44 for WinForms .Net 6

On some pdf files (attached) I get white image

var doc = PdfLoadedDocument("R00-214822.pdf");
doc.ExportAsImage(0).Save("sample.tiff", System.Drawing.Imaging.ImageFormat.Tiff)
