Need to provide support for enabling the clear Icon in the input componets by default when it has value

Currently, the clear icon in the dropdown list only appears if the Form components has focus and a value selected. We need to provide support to show the clear icon by default. If the component has a value, we need to show the clear icon when hovering over the component and also if the component has focus. Using separate property like DisplayMode = None | Always | Focus (default).
