Implement CaptureAsync()

Maui SfMaps has no export function, although Blazor SfMaps does.

However all Maui views should implement CaptureAsync, as in

IScreenshotResult result = await view.CaptureAsync();

If successful, a simple export function could be:

using (MemoryStream strm = new MemoryStream())

            {

                await result.CopyToAsync(strm, ScreenshotFormat.Jpeg, 10);

                byte[] bytes = strm.ToArray();

            }


When I try this with SfMaps, the result appears to be a solid black square.
