Mention popup Don't Flip Out When There is No Space at the Bottom of the Viewport

Issue Description:

When we open the Mention control suggestion popup list at the bottom level of the view port, the popup doesn't get flipped up to make the popup visible. Need to resolve this issue

Replication Procedure:

  • Run the sample
  • Now open the developer tools like below image,
  • Type "@" to open the suggestion list.
  • It got hidden under the developer window.
  • And not flipped up

 

 

Current Behavior:

Mention popup don't flip out when there is no space at the bottom of the viewport.

 

Expected Behavior:

Mention popup should flip out when there is no space at the bottom of the viewport like dropdown list popups.
