Fluent Theme Windows 11 Update

I would like to see the Fluent theme be updated to use the latest standards from Microsoft or add a new theme based on the them.  The current theme seems to be based on the older Windows 10 based Fluent web standards and the Fluent UI components are now closer to the Windows 11 guidelines.
