Provide context menu with Rotate, Delete, Bring to Front, Send to Back options for picture in the Spreadsheet

Provide the following support to the image on the spreadsheet.

After adding image into spreadsheet, provide option to the customer for rotating the image to back and forth (or) flip it




While right click on the image, context menu should open with delete option to remove the image from the sheet.



While right click on the image, context menu should open with Bring to Front, Send to Back options
