Provide DataTemplate selector support for the Tab Header in SfTabView.

Use case:

The add button shall be added to the right of the last tab, like Google Chrome. The add button shall always be visible and shall not be pushed out of view if the amount of tabs is too many for the view and scrolling is enabled.
