Form Field, modify other contents of the document even if protection mode is enabled

We want to ask if its possible to request new mode in Form Fields feature
where a user can still modify other contents of the page while using the form fields configured by the user.

We want to allow users to still insert images, modify any texts in the document add tables etc.
while at the same time allow usage of text form, checkbox & dropdown after they have been configured
(we would love to see this active x implemented also). 

Just a context on why this is important to us:

As part of our letter template and letter creation solution 
we want the ability to be able to add a checkbox, radio buttons etc so our doctors can fill in the letters with ease,
and as part of our solution we currently have, this was our current ability,
we also thought Sycfusion had this option,
but did not realise we would encounter issues with the way the modes were created,
therefore not allowing the function to be usable.
