Support for rendering chart series based on the primary value axis when secondary value axis is hidden

When the secondary horizontal (value) axis is hidden in the chart with scatter with line and bar combined, the scatter with line takes the values from the primary horizontal (value) axis in Microsoft Excel. But, even if the secondary horizontal axis is hidden, the scatter with the line is rendered based on its axis values in chart to image conversion, resulting in incorrect output.
